Joancee Jewellery Scam – Fake Deliveries, Zero Accountability, and a Trail of Broken Trust
Joancee Jewellery scam – When you order jewellery online, you expect it to arrive. You expect support if something goes wrong. What you don’t expect is a company to go dark, send fake delivery confirmations, and leave you chasing ghosts.
But that’s exactly what happened with Joancee Jewellery, and judging by the overwhelming amount of horrific Trustpilot reviews, I’m not alone.
🚨 The Scam Unfolded
- Order Date: March 9th, 2025
- Order Number: #JK4250309135312557
- Tracking Number: LR244704335NL
- Claimed Delivery: April 14th at 10:47 AM
The tracking states the package was delivered. In reality? Nothing arrived. No ring. No delivery notice. No contact. Not once this happened but twice, consecutively.
There was no knock, no card, and I confirmed with neighbours and local post office—absolutely nothing. My post office, like many in Ireland, has a strict notification protocol. If anything was being held, I’d have received a text and written notice. They had nothing for me.
📉 Customer Service That Doesn’t Exist
I contacted Joancee multiple times via:
- Two emails
- Two Messenger messages
- Their website contact form
No resolution. No refund. Just silence.
Eventually, they replied with the laughable excuse:
“We cannot get a response from the delivery company.”
That’s a lie. As the customer and especially as the sender, Joancee is entitled to proof of delivery, including signature or photographic evidence. They refuse to provide either.
💬 I’m Not Alone – Real People, Real Reviews
Here’s what other Joancee customers are saying:
“Ordered a ring… never received anything… they don’t even get back to you!”
“I missed the date I wanted to propose on. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.”
“Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived. When I complained, they asked me to return a parcel I never received.”
“Scammers. They send fake tracking updates to make it seem like they’re fulfilling orders.”
From missing packages to completely ignoring refunds, the pattern is clear:
Joancee Jewellery is a scam dressed in sparkle.
❌ Why This Feels Like a Coordinated Scam
- Tracking numbers show “delivered” with no real proof
- They push blame onto couriers, yet never follow up
- Refuse to refund unless you return items you never received
- Offer insulting “refunds” (e.g. £10 on a £200 ring)
- Use delay tactics until you can’t dispute with your bank
🛑 Do NOT Buy From Joancee Jewellery
If you’re reading this while researching them—you’re lucky you found it.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Do not trust their website or paid ads
- Avoid giving your debit/credit details
- They will not help you if your order goes missing
- You may never receive anything at all
And if you’re already caught in their web:
- Take screenshots of your tracking and messages
- File a chargeback or dispute immediately with your bank
- Leave a review on Trustpilot, Reddit, or your blog
- Share this post so others don’t fall for it
🧾 Final Thoughts
I run a company, I understand logistics delays, I understand honest mistakes. But this is neither.
This is a coordinated, repeat pattern of deception backed by a fake front of customer service.
If Joancee wants to dispute this post, I invite them to provide:
- Signed proof of delivery
- Photographic evidence
- A full refund
Until then, I stand by every word.
